Last Thursday I went to eat at my favourite local restaurant – we sort of befriended the owners – to introduce my mother to their menu as she had yet to enjoy it.
After much deliberation we made a selection:
A very cheesy vegetarian pasta dish for me (pasta shells stuffed with more cheese and eggplant) and a wonderful roast beef salad with beets, hazelnuts and crunchy cheese for my mother.
All I can say is nom nom nom 😀
